All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time we will notify you.

Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are available for delivery most of countries.

Delivery Time:

An estimated delivery time will be different on the locations.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business day of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we may ship on Sat but not Sun. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Damages:

Shenzhen Work Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team info@workgear.hk  or directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
